A Trick for Hooded Eyes: Siren Eye

I'm convinced that Amy Winehouse didn't just do her bold wing liner because she loved 60's style- if you search for images of her with no eyeliner it's clear she has hooded eyelids. Some of us are either born with hooded lids or we start to notice the sagging as we age (me). Either way, the deeper the sag the bigger the wing if you want to see it like, AT ALL.
