Vintage Christian Dior wool skirt, size medium (or 12 per Dior's sizing which runs incredibly small)
 
The Upcycle:
This dress had some blemishes.  Pleats were cut in two places and recycled lace sewn into the pleat folds.  Studded faux leather straps have been added down seams.  (silk scarf not included)
