The upcycle:
This dress originally had a collar that was warped, stained, and tattered.  I've replaced it with white ruffles on the sleeves, collar, and down the back of the dress.  It has a side zipper and clasp.  The tag doesn't indicate the material but appears to be cotton throughout.
