Do I need to do anything prior to my makeup service appointment?
It's recommended you email some examples of makeup you like before your appointment so Seanna can get an idea of what your style is. Perhaps you like retro-pinup, natural glam, old Hollywood, or goth glam, whatever your style, your artist doesn't know you as well as you do! If your wedding or event is a specific theme, let her know that too. As many details as you can give will help ensure she has an idea of what you like. Do you like glowy dewy skin? Or are you a soft matte kinda girl? This also ensures you will love the result and helps save time overall at your appointment. 90 mns goes fast! What's included in a makeup service?
We will go over your skin type, primers and foundations suited for you, contour, blush, full eye look (glam, smokey, natural), brow quickie, and for bridal- choosing the right lip color for the event and getting that perfect glow.

What if I want false lashes?

I can provide lashes and apply them based on your chosen look/style otherwise I keep demi-wispies in my kit at all times. If you want lashes please let me know and I can apply them for you. This is an extra $15 for the lash & service per appointment.

How Do I Prepare for Permanent Makeup/Microblading Services?
You can bring a photo of your brow goal or fill them in as you normally do, so we can find your desired shape. We can also do a practice brow using a brow tint that lasts three days. This is recommended to get a feel for the look of microshaded brows.
Please refrain from plucking, waxing, threading, tinting, or any other brow service at least 3 days before your appointment.
Please be sure that nothing on this list applies to you or you will not be eligible for a permanent brow service at this time.
We recommend you don't drink alcohol the day prior to your appointment as it thins the blood and will decrease the chances of pigment hold. We want your brows to last as long as possible!
How long do microbladed/shaded/or ombre brows last?
Nobody's skin is exactly the same. Many factors determine how long pigment will last after a PMU service, such as age of the skin, texture, and aftercare. Most can last 1-2 years, with touch-ups recommended yearly. Anyone over 60 is not recommended microblading as the fine strokes tend to not maintain their structure. Microshading would be recommended in this case, where you can still receive a beautifully filled-in brow.
How long is a microshading/blading/ombre brow appointment?

Permanent brow services typically take about 2.5 hours with a good amount of that time spent mapping out the brow shape and choosing the right pigment. We want it perfect!
Do permanent brow services hurt?

Most clients say it doesn't hurt at all. You will be numbed prior to the service to ease any discomfort.
